We are looking for a detail-oriented and resourceful Bilingual Virtual Assistant to handle administrative tasks, client communication, and follow-ups. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and able to learn new tools quickly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Communication – Answer and make calls professionally, ensuring a great customer experience
- Follow-Ups – Reach out to clients, schedule appointments, and provide status updates
- Data Entry & Organization – Accurately input and manage client information
- Email & Calendar Management – Respond to emails, schedule meetings, and send reminders
- Document Handling – Ensure all files are organized and error-free
- Adaptability – Be ready to learn and use new software and tools as needed
Requirements:
- Bilingual (Spanish & English) – Must be fluent in both languages
- Excellent communication skills – Clear and professional (voice recording required with application)
- Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute
- Highly organized and detail-oriented – No spelling or formatting errors
- Strong customer service skills – Friendly, professional, and patient
