Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Communication – Answer and make calls professionally, ensuring a great customer experience
  • Follow-Ups – Reach out to clients, schedule appointments, and provide status updates
  • Data Entry & Organization – Accurately input and manage client information
  • Email & Calendar Management – Respond to emails, schedule meetings, and send reminders
  • Document Handling – Ensure all files are organized and error-free
  • Adaptability – Be ready to learn and use new software and tools as needed

Requirements:

  • Bilingual (Spanish & English) – Must be fluent in both languages
  • Excellent communication skills – Clear and professional (voice recording required with application)
  • Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented – No spelling or formatting errors
