Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Key Responsibilities:
● Lead Generation: Identify, generate, and nurture leads through various channels including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media.
● Sales Pipeline Management: Manage and maintain the initial stages of the sales pipeline, ensuring a smooth handoff to the sales team.
● CRM Management: Efficiently use CRM tools to track and manage leads, ensuring up-to-date and accurate information.
● Interpersonal Skills: Utilize excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships and communicate effectively with potential clients.
● Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas with a proven track record of success.
● Communication & Negotiation: Exhibit excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills to convert leads into opportunities.
● Time Management: Prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and stay organized to ensure maximum productivity.

Requirements

● Sales Background: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales role, preferably in a remote setting.
● Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
● Motivated & Driven: Highly motivated and target-driven individual with a strong desire to succeed.
● Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
● CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems and the ability to efficiently manage and update lead information.
● Problem-Solving: Ability to think on your feet and adapt to changing situations.
● Organizational Skills: Strong prioritization, time management, and organizational skills
