We are seeking a dedicated and versatile Bilingual Virtual Assistant to join our team and support our growing water treatment and purification business. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Spanish and English and possess a strong background in lead generation, appointment setting, and digital marketing.

This role is perfect for someone who is proactive, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks with precision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Appointment Setting: Schedule and manage appointments with leads and clients, ensuring seamless coordination.
  • Lead Generation: Manually manage and nurture leads through multiple channels, optimizing conversion rates.
  • CRM Management: Utilize and manage Go-High Level CRM to organize leads, track interactions, and streamline processes.
  • Chat Box Management: Monitor and manage online chat systems, providing prompt and helpful responses to customer inquiries.
  • Content Creation & Social Media Management: Design, create, and post engaging content across social media platforms to attract and retain customers.
  • Landing Page Management: Create and maintain landing pages that effectively capture leads and drive engagement.
  • Lead Margin Creation: Develop strategies to increase lead margins and maximize ROI.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in both Spanish and English (written and spoken)
  • Proven experience in appointment setting and lead generation
  • Familiarity with Go-High Level CRM (mandatory)
  • Experience with social media content creation and management
  • Knowledge of chat box systems and customer service practices
  • Understanding of landing page creation and optimization
  • Ability to analyze lead data and improve lead margins
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
