Role Overview:
We are a leading organization committed to delivering innovative solutions and services across our markets. As we expand our reach, we’re looking for a driven and dynamic Hybrid Sales Leader to join our team and take our sales strategy to the next level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.
- Analyze market trends to identify opportunities and address challenges proactively.
- Mentor and motivate the sales team to achieve outstanding results.
Requirements:
- More than 7 years of overall sales experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in the current sales role, with a proven track record of success in meeting or exceeding targets.
- Experience with international Sales, demonstrating hands-on experience in structured sales environments.
- Ability and willingness to work at least 3 days per week in the office to foster collaboration and team cohesion.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Strong understanding of the international market dynamics.
