We are seeking a Content Operations Manager to lead content strategy, creation, and engagement for our client's brand on Xiaohongshu (RED). This is a full-remote, fully remote position that requires fluency in both English and Mandarin. You will be responsible for content planning, account management, user engagement, and performance optimization to grow the brand’s presence on the Xiaohongshu platform.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement content strategies that align with the brand’s image and appeal to Xiaohongshu users.

  • Create high-quality images, text-based posts, and short videos optimized for Xiaohongshu.
  • Monitor trending topics and produce timely, relevant content to enhance visibility and engagement.
  • Responsible for the daily operation of the brand's official accounts, including posting, updating, and interacting.
  • Regularly analyze content performance, optimize content strategies and posting schedules.
  • Oversee daily operations of the brand’s official Xiaohongshu account, including content posting, updates, private messages and audience interaction.
  • Plan online activities such as lotteries, topic challenges, etc., to stimulate user engagement.
  • Organize fan welfare events to enhance users' favorability and loyalty towards the brand.
  • Monitor content data such as page views, likes, favorites, and shares. Adjust content direction and strategy based on data feedback to improve operational effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in both English & Mandarin (spoken and written).
  • Familiarity with the use, rules and user behavior of Xiaohongshu’s platform and algorithms.
  • Experience in managing and growing brand accounts on Xiaohongshu.
  • Proficiency in using Photoshop (PS) and Jianying for content creation.
  • Proven experience in content planning, copywriting, and social media operations.
  • Have an in-depth understanding of the job track and related fields.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote work environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
