Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support a UK-based property management company. The ideal candidate will assist with administrative tasks, tenant communication, document management, and overall operations to ensure seamless property management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Tenant & Landlord Support: Handle inquiries, schedule property viewings, and assist with tenant move-ins and move-outs.
- Lease & Documentation Management: Prepare tenancy agreements, renewals, notices, and maintain accurate records.
- Rent Collection & Invoicing: Track rent payments, send reminders, and update financial records.
- Property Maintenance Coordination: Liaise with contractors and service providers for repairs and inspections.
- Calendar & Email Management: Organize appointments, respond to emails, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Advertising & Listings: Assist with creating property listings and marketing on rental platforms.
- CRM & Database Management: Keep tenant and property records updated using property management software.
Key Requirements:
- Experience:
Minimum 1-3 years in property management, real estate, or as a virtual assistant handling similar tasks.
- Tech-Savvy:
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and property management software (e.g., Arthur, Buildium, or similar).
- Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written English skills with a professional and neutral tone.
- Customer Service Oriented: Ability to handle tenant and landlord inquiries efficiently and professionally.
- Attention to Detail:
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Time Management:
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with UK Property Laws & Regulations (preferred but not required).
