Job Description:

As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential business leads across various sectors within the music and entertainment world—ranging from record labels, artist managers, event promoters, and sync licensing companies to brand partnerships.

This is a fully remote, part-time opportunity ideal for someone passionate about entertainment, has a strong network or understanding of the space, and thrives on building pipelines and outreach strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify qualified leads in the music/entertainment sectors
  • Develop and maintain a strong database of contacts (CRM experience preferred)
  • Execute outbound email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales to refine lead targeting strategies
  • Track, analyze, and report on lead conversion metrics
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to inform outreach strategies
  • Nurture warm leads and hands off qualified prospects to the sales or partnerships team

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of lead generation or business development experience
  • Experience in the music or entertainment industry is required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Apollo, or similar
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
  • Passion for music, entertainment, and cultural trends
  • Comfortable working remotely and managing your own schedule
