We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our internal team.
Responsibilities include;
- Conduct initial intro calls, write detailed notes, and coordinate interview scheduling, feedback collection, and debrief sessions
- Leverage your tech industry knowledge and experience to drive decision making
- Drive talent branding initiatives, including events and content creation to attract top-tier engineering talent.
- Develop recruiting strategies to identify qualified candidates by using specialized networking tools.
Requirements
- Ideal Candidate should have at least 2 years of technical recruiting or sales experience
- Ability to effectively manage and prioritize a high-volume requisition workload
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Must enjoy interacting and talking to candidates and clients
- Experience using CRM systems & Computer applications
- Succeed in a fast-paced environment. Experienced juggling and delivering on
- Must be willing to work hybrid.
