We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our internal team.

Responsibilities include;

• Conduct initial intro calls, write detailed notes, and coordinate interview scheduling, feedback collection, and debrief sessions
• Leverage your tech industry knowledge and experience to drive decision making
• Drive talent branding initiatives, including events and content creation to attract top-tier engineering talent.
• Develop recruiting strategies to identify qualified candidates by using specialized networking tools.

Requirements

• Ideal Candidate should have at least 2 years of technical recruiting or sales experience
• Ability to effectively manage and prioritize a high-volume requisition workload
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Must enjoy interacting and talking to candidates and clients
• Experience using CRM systems & Computer applications
• Succeed in a fast-paced environment. Experienced juggling and delivering on
• Must be willing to work hybrid.
