We are seeking an experienced Customer Support Specialist with an Accounting background. Responsibilities include;

  • Manages all accounts payable functions and related records, making sure all invoices are paid in an efficient and timely manner
  • Create and maintain employee records, payroll information, update payroll records and submit payroll reports.
  • Support new and existing clients and maintain high levels of clients satisfaction
  • Develop working partnerships with account teams to help support customers

Requirements

  • Background in Accounting. This is a hard requirement
  • Experience in customer service or support roles
  • Proficiency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be willing to work hybrid.
