We are seeking an experienced Customer Support Specialist with an Accounting background. Responsibilities include;
- Manages all accounts payable functions and related records, making sure all invoices are paid in an efficient and timely manner
- Create and maintain employee records, payroll information, update payroll records and submit payroll reports.
- Support new and existing clients and maintain high levels of clients satisfaction
- Develop working partnerships with account teams to help support customers
Requirements
- Background in Accounting. This is a hard requirement
- Experience in customer service or support roles
- Proficiency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be willing to work hybrid.
